Advocate Bajrang Bali Upadhyay has been practicing and handling cases independently with a result oriented approach, both professionally and ethically and has acquired many years of professional experience in providing legal consultancy and advisory services.

We focuses on family law, including divorce, domestic disputes, orders of protection, and child custody. He is heavily active in his community as an advocate for abused spouses and children. 

After his enrollment with Bar Council of U.P., the basic practicing skill was developed by him under Shri Janardan Mishra Advocate a prominent Criminal lawyer of Civil Court Gorakhpur. Mr. Upadhyay is a member of Bar Association, Civil Court, Gorakhpur. At present, Mr. Upadhyay is a panel lawyer for State Legal Services Authority and in panel for amicus curiae , also associated with so many law firms situated at Delhi & other states in India.

Mr. Upadhyay after completing his law (LL.B.) from Gorakhpur University, Gorakhpur, started practice in Civil court Gorakhpur in the year 1997 and in very short time due to his hard work and dedication become senior family law Advocate of this place.

Advocate Upadhyay enrolled with the Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh, Allahabad in 1998. He is a member of the Bar Association, Civil Court, Gorakhpur.
